Great things

We have some great things lined up for the next couple of months. June 12th at 3pm we will have an AMPsocial event at Tyndall park in Benton. We'll be grilling some dogs, chillin, singing, and just having lots of fun in the park. Come meet us and worship with us. Its a t-shirt and jeans kind of event. There will be special music by David and TJ Kennedy and maybe some others.

July 9th we will be having an AMPservice. This service will be casual dress so come relaxed but ready to worship Jesus. These services are so that we might worship together and grow together. It will start about 7:30pm. Come early to pray.

Love you,
snax

Say what??

There are times when we feel justice is best served when we get our way. That unless the vengeance happens like we think it should, it's not justice.

The greatest justice that can happen was shown by the most Just human.

Forgiveness.

We can't just sit back and drink the proverbial "poison", and expect the other person to die.

Unforgiveness, can't exist in our hearts and lives without leaving scars. Unforgiveness leads to emotional and mental problems and can also affect our health.

The most Just human, died on a cross for something He didn't even do. Before He died, He forgave. Plain and simple. He looked down and said, "Father, forgive them. For they know not what they do."

How can we as imperfect humans, sit and mull of the hurts that other imperfect humans have dealt us and not forgive them. They hurt us, just as we have hurt others.

In the "Lord's Prayer", Jesus said "forgive our trespass and we forgive those who have trespassed against us."

We are all human and have all made mistakes. We want to be forgiven, so we must forgive.

More to come on this topic,

2nd AMP in the bag

Our second AMP is finished and was such a success!!! We had old fashioned WILD church. We started off shouting, many thought we wouldnt have preaching because during the worship service the Holy Ghost came down and we had an altar call right then. However I really felt the Holy ghost had more to offer than just a shout. I turned the service over to Pastor Tim Doran, our guest speaker and my uncle, and he had his family do a couple songs in sign language. After some annointed signing, he began to preach. The title was "This is that" he told us how there is a lot of things in this world that can temporarily satisfy you, but Jesus is the only one that can totally satisfy you where you will never thirst again. He talked about how we need to have a relationship with Jesus where we live our lives to please Him. We need to get things out of our lives that are displeasing to God. Conviction fell so hard in the place and people came to the altar and began to weep as they were "pricked" in their hearts. At this point many lives were changed. He then told us that he felt in the Holy Ghost that is was time to praise again and had the musicians come back to the platform. The place went up in smoke!!!! WOW!!! We had 3 people get so intoxicated in the spirit, that one girl had to be taken out in a wheelchair. It was so awesome. Thank you Jesus for your spirit, and your willingness to continue to bless us!!!

Don't miss the next AMP or preAMP youth service. You just might miss YOUR life changing experience.

Our first official AMP

May 16, 2009 we had our first AMP youth service. It started at 3pm and had a very awesome worship service. Jenny has been coming for several months and has been baptized in Jesus name, and she has been actively seeking the Holy Ghost. During Cayla Tichy's, our guest soloist, song, "Breakthrough", Jenny stood to her feet and began speaking in tongues for several minutes. When she did the place went up in "smoke." It was so exciting!!! Bro Michael Alexander preached "The Old Paths." Talked about how the message and te path that we are traveling doesn't change even though the methods do. We still have to have a love for holiness. We need to becareful what we put in front of our eyes, because if we don't keep Godly things in front of our eyes, we will get a hunger for ungodly things. It was a very timely and spiritually directed message. We had food and fellowship afterwards and had a lot of fun. Thank you members of unavox for your participation and your eagerness to work and be a huge blessing.

I love all of you!!!!!

This past weekend

Hey, this past weekend was so so AWESOME!!!

Friday night some of the guys loaded up and went to Men's Conference, here on out referred to as MC. From the first song, "Great God", the atmosphere was so high energy. We danced through most of the worship service, that was led by Chantry Dean.

Then Bro Stan Gleason got up to the pulpit and preached about the Five-fold ministry. It was so awesome, he encouraged men to partner with their Pastors. Older men to take in the younger men and disciple them.

Then Saturday morning, Bro Osborne, preached "A Man and His Lamb". So DEEP and moving. He preached about David sleeping with Bathsheba and then killing her husband. When Nathan the prophet came in he told the story of the poor man and his lamb and the rich man taking that lamb from him. He likened that lamb to Jesus and talked about how the lamb stayed in the house and became one of the family. How it ate with them drank from the cup, slept with them and was so much more than a pet it was of one his own. He said we need to BOND with Jesus not just get to know Him but bond, spend time with, let in our homes, sup with us become one of the family. It was such a time of consecration.

Then when the next portion of the worship service started we immediately started jumping and dancing to such powerful songs as "You are Good". We jumped and danced the whole song service. Then Bro Wayne "the man" Francis got up to preach. He preached "Global Warming" and how we as Christians should be the one changing the climate, the atmosphere. He said we should be making the difference in this world, not the world changing us. We jumped throughout his message and then the last 1/3 of we jumped and dance the rest of the way through, and don't even think I'm exaggerating. We jumped and danced for close to 2 hours, it was so life changing cause it wasn't just praise, it got so, so much deeper than that. We began to weep before the Lord and prophesies went forth. It was LIFE CHANGING!!!!

Well then Sunday morning arrived and I figured if we had church that good at the camp grounds for MC we could rock out at our church too. So we began to sing about our risen saviour and the Holy Ghost came down and we danced some more. We even had our older crowd dancing with us. It was such a time of refreshment, that hasn't happened in my church in a long time. We had good classes and then ate lunch.

We all came back to the church around 5pm for prayer and had a good time praying. Then we sang a song that was upbeat and danced some more. We went into the song "Breathe on Me" and the Holy Ghost began to move in such a sweet way. After the song was over, God was still moving and Pastor told us to turn to someone near us and tell them that we wanted God to Breathe on us. I turned to TJ, aka 7, and told him. 7 said he wanted God to breathe on him right now. So I laid my hand on his head and began to pray for him, and God did. He got a good blessing. Then we began to pray without prompting and the God began to manifest Himself to us in such a powerful way, as people began to literally fall on their faces and weep before the Lord. It was such an awesome demonstration of the power of God.

I am so thankful God has chosen to bless my church!!!! We are revival!!!! We as unavox have decided we are not going to settle for anything less than an awesome move of the Holy Ghost!!! We have decided that we are rebelling against lame, dead, dry, boring, no move of the Holy Ghost, no liberty to worship, and just gross church. We want more!!!!

Sunday night

Sunday night started off terribly. We started a song that I thought was in a 4/4 timing, the organist was playing it a swung 3/4 timing and I just felt awkward. Wasn't anybody's fault, we just weren't together. So I cut the song short and we started praying like we always do after a song. Only I was determined to have an AWESOME service. So, I began to rebuke every spirit of distraction and every divisive spirit and every spirit that would come against a move of God. We then started to sing "I love to praise Him". The place just came apart, we danced, even the older ladies got out in the aisle. That's when you know your having a move of God, haha.

We had Bro James Mueller, out of Sherwood, preaching for us. He preached Matthew 12:18-21, about the bruised reed that wasn't broken. He said we need to be filled with compassion for the lost and back-slidden, not tear them down. We should welcome them and make sure they know they can come anytime. He gave a little bit of his testimony and conviction came down and we all just kinda fell on our face repenting and praying for the lost. It was loud with weeping and wailing, POWERFUL!!!!

I'm so thankful for men like that who aren't afraid to tell it like it is, no fluff, just real preaching!!!

snakpaq's weekend...AWESOME!!!!

Saturday night was, probably, the most power packed, amazing night of my life, thus far. We arrived at the church at 6:50pm, and was greeted immediately after stepping out of the car. Before the service even started we had had our hand shaken so many times and everybody was telling us how glad they were that we were there. It was very welcoming, to say the least.

The service started with a nice fast song with awesome words of praise to God, they sang a few songs and we had prayer. Prayer was awesome, they mentioned prayer requests asked for more, then everyone got down on their knees and prayed about these requests. It really showed they care for your needs, I really liked it. They sang a few more songs, then took up the offering. They song a few more songs, with the power of God falling during each song. Then Pastor Manley and Bro Ashcraft came in from the back and walked up onto the platform.

Pastor Manley spoke for a couple of minutes, then turned the service over to Bro Ashcraft. When Bro Ashcraft stepped to the pulpit he talked for maybe 2 minutes and walked down and started ministering.

He walked up to a lady who had come in late and the Sis Manley had testified about how this lady was there under divine appointment from God, considering the circumstances in which she got there. He began to tell her about all the infections in her different organs and in her blood, while he was telling her this she fell out in the spirit. He never even touched her. He said to the rest of us that God was replacing her blood, it was so incredible!

He then walked over to Mom, and had her testify about what happened the last time they were in service together. He then told her that she had spots on her liver and that God was healing her right then.

Then, he spoke to Dad, and told him that he was having problems with his pancreas. He said it was all marshmallowed up and that God was healing that and his insulin. He then said Dad was receiving a whole NEW faith element, that God was setting him on fire, and that he saw 6 people getting the Holy Ghost. He also said that our car was having problems but not to worry because God would provide the money needed.

He told a lady she had knots all up and down her back and feet he prayed for her and she was healed.

Prophesied that God was providing a car and different materialistic things that was needed for a young woman.

He prayed over a woman that God had showed him she had 6 ulcers, speech impediment, and sugar diabetes, and God healed her.

God showed him a non-cancerous tumor that was causing sneezing and headaches, prayed for him God healed him. Also prophesied that God was giving him wisdom to regain his finances and was going to be able to double up on his mortgage payments.

THEN HE CAME TO ME!!!! He prophesied over me telling me that God was imparting this ministry to me. Before I began to to preach, when i would be able to weep uncontrollably, God was going to heal everyone I touched...WOW!!! He then told me that God was putting 3 mantles on me, one of wisdom, one of knowledge and one of charity. That the mantle of charity would be the one that caused me to weep with compassion. INCREDIBLE!!!!!!

Then saw sinus infection in a lady and that she had back problems and problems in her loins, that she had self esteem issues and digestive tract problems, GOD HEALED HER COMPLETELY!!!

He then prophesied over a young man that was having esophagus problems, God healed him. He then told him that God was enhancing his musical abilities and that his guitar playing would never be the same, WOW!!!

He prophesied over a woman and told her that she had been wanting to double in her giving. He told her that God was making the way for her to be able to do that, MIND BLOWING!!!

He then prophesied over a lady, and told her that God was changing her mental disposition, you could see her expression began to change the longer he prayed with her, it was spectacular!!!

The he told me that I had blown my knee, which I had the Sunday before and could barely walk that week, God healed me!!!

He then prayed for a lady who he saw knots all up an down her back, he said that God would take these knots away as he clapped his hands. As he clapped you could watch her face and tell that God was doing the work. He then said that her stomach was a mess and God had healed that also, he told her to go home and drink a glass of milk, haha, AWESOME!!!

He then whirled around as he was walking away and said that someone was having leg cramps. A lady said that it was her and while he was praying for her he told her that she had a mole that she was worried about and that it was going to dry up and fall off. He also told her that God was going to bless her with a new car, YEAH!!!

He then prayed for Dad's respiratory system, said he had bronchitis but God was healing him!!!

This service was so, almost unbelievably, power packed. I have never seen so many miracles all in one place all at one time. I am so thankful for the prophesies given over my life and my healing!!! God has already started the work in me!!!! I am excited about the present and future!!!!

Friday night the 24th revival with Bro Sanford

WOW!!! Tonight was so unbelievably good!!! I was prophesied to by Bro Sanford. He told me that God was anointing me in a greater way than what I had imagined, that it would be a quick work and that it would make peoples head spin. That I would be the catalyst, a difference maker, unique, that people would look at me different then they do others. Also said that multitudes will be saved!!! That being the most important thing!!! He then told me that God was fixing to fill the void in my life left by my fiance' Kayla when she passed away. He told me Monday night that I had been in a season of sorrow, with Kayla passing, and God is healing me. And because of my unwavering faith and being a rock in adversity that God was going to honor that by filling the void that Kayla left behind.

WOW!!! Thank you Jesus!!!!!

These series of services with Bro Sanford have been AMAZING. I am so thankful that Bro Sanford has been so sensitive to the spirit of God. He has spoken into my life and I am accepting what he said and running with it. Nothing is going to stop me. I am so determined to do a mighty, mighty work for God!!!!

I posted this on the youth blog because it totally affects the youth that are under my leadership, unavox. LOVE YOU GUYS!!!! I'm excited about what God IS doing!!!

We are not simply going to HAVE revival, we are going to BE revival!!!!

Vision

Our vision, in unavox, is to have a large core group of young people who are full of the Holy Ghost and using spiritual gifts.

To be young people on fire for God and winning the city of Benton and the surrounding areas.

To be "soul winners" who are capable and willing to teach Bible studies.

We want to reach out to preach the gospel to the poor, help the brokenhearted heal, to preach deliverance to the captives and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised to preach the acceptable year of the LORD.

We want to have campus ministries setup on the different high school and college campuses in the area.

We desire to have a juvenile delinquency program to help troubled kids and teens.

We want to have a huge youth center where kids, teens, and young adults can come after school and on the weekends to hangout, play games, learn about God, and have life advancement training.

We desire to make a HUGE impact for God, and we will.

REVIVAL

This, being the first blog post, is a declaration. That unavox, as a youth group, and Apostolic Tabernacle, as our home church, IS and will continue to have great revival. In the past 2 months unavox has gone from 5 members to 12. We have baptized 2 and had one get the Holy Ghost.

We have seen a lot of spiritual growth in our members. We have had some late, late night prayer meetings where the Spirit has been so potent and powerful. We have been a catalyst in some changes in our church and having an adult receive the Holy Ghost this past week, and some changes to the look of our church.

Our constant prayer is unity. In fact, our name means "Power in unity". It is our desire to grow together and become one to win the Benton area youth to God.
