Sunday night

Sunday night started off terribly. We started a song that I thought was in a 4/4 timing, the organist was playing it a swung 3/4 timing and I just felt awkward. Wasn't anybody's fault, we just weren't together. So I cut the song short and we started praying like we always do after a song. Only I was determined to have an AWESOME service. So, I began to rebuke every spirit of distraction and every divisive spirit and every spirit that would come against a move of God. We then started to sing "I love to praise Him". The place just came apart, we danced, even the older ladies got out in the aisle. That's when you know your having a move of God, haha.

We had Bro James Mueller, out of Sherwood, preaching for us. He preached Matthew 12:18-21, about the bruised reed that wasn't broken. He said we need to be filled with compassion for the lost and back-slidden, not tear them down. We should welcome them and make sure they know they can come anytime. He gave a little bit of his testimony and conviction came down and we all just kinda fell on our face repenting and praying for the lost. It was loud with weeping and wailing, POWERFUL!!!!

I'm so thankful for men like that who aren't afraid to tell it like it is, no fluff, just real preaching!!!
